Escuchar el audio práctica de la gratitud y sigue las indicaciones que te va mencionando, el audio.   No se te olvide utilizar un tapete o cojín para estar cómodo y más relajado al momento de hacer la actividad.

Por último expresar en el Diario de Aprendizaje página 226 como fué tu experiencia vivida.
